Live entertainment is our passion, music festivals are our core business. For 30 years, we have been inspiring up to 250,000 people a year. Our most important project is NATURE ONE, one of the most traditional and largest festivals for electronic music worldwide.

Since 2019 we are part of DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG. A network of visionary entrepreneurs who serve the entire range of live entertainment from concert tours to family entertainment to classical productions.

Our team is young, dynamic and creative. Around 40 employees with a hands-on mentality are committed to providing our guests with “that little bit of happiness” at our events. We plan and manage everything ourselves, from event conception, production and catering to marketing and social media, artist booking, artist management and everything in between.

The I-Motion team consists of around 40 permanent employees. They ensure the successful development of the company in the areas of event production, gastronomy, marketing, social media, public relations, cooperations, graphic design, artist booking and management, e-commerce, merchandise, IT, ticketing, staff handling and accounting.
